CNC Machinist
Responsibilities
  • Programming, setting & operating CNC milling / turning machines
  • Fabricate fixtures & jigs and tools selection based on drawing
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, in Engineering (Mechanical / Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/ Petroleum/Oil/Gas) or equivalent
  • Able to write, speak & read in Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Able to do CADCAM programming (Mastercam) is an advantage
  • Experience in machining parts for oil & gas industry is an added advantage
  • Able to work 12 hours rotating shift
 

QA/ QC Technician
Responsibilities
  • Approves incoming materials by confirming specifications/dimensions, conducting visual and measurements tests, rejecting and returning unacceptable materials
  • Approves in-process production by confirming specifications/dimensions, conducting visual and measurement tests, communicating required adjustments to production supervisor
  • Approves finished products by confirming specifications/dimensions, conducting visual and measurement tests, returning products for re-work, confirming re-work
  • Verification on reports completion upon receive from production
  • Keeps measurement equipment operating by following operating instructions & follow up calibration
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Others), Engineering (Petroleum/Oil/Gas) or equivalent
  • Able to write, speak & read in Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • At least 3 years of working experience in oil & gas or precision engineering.
  • Able to use gage maker equipment
  • Ability to operate CMM is an added advantage.
  • Able to work on 12 hours rotating shift.
